There are times when, even though you KNOW you'll feel good if you get active or go in for a workout, you just can't quite find a way to make it a priority in your day.
Why is that? You know you'll feel better. You know it will give you energy and make you more productive. You know you'll enjoy the overall experience of a workout...
But you just can't bring yourself to build it into your day.
This episode of the FitLife Formula (15 minutes) talks about the concept of "activation energy," or the energy it takes to make something happen.
